France and the UK are among the pilot countries that have collaborated with agorateka. They have also contributed their long expertise on assisting consumers offering legal content online in their countries.

Latvia and Portugal used the toolkit developed by the EUIPO to support the creation at national level of online legal content portals, Ņem droši! and Ofertas Legais are born and are now part of agorateka.These two countries stressed the importance to develop a national portal to assist consumers searching for online legal content and decided to pilot the collaboration with agorateka, supported by the EUIPO.

Many sites that host illegal content look very similar to legal sites, so you might not be able to tell the difference between what is legal and what is not.

"agorateka the online content portal will go live next September 19"
The test phase for agorateka has already started. This is the last step before going live next September 19.
After a year and half of work, the Pilot Countries representatives in agorateka and the teams involved within the EUIPO have started the final testing phase of the application.
Latvia and Portugal are testing the toolkit developed by the EUIPO to support the creation at national level of online legal content portals, Ņem droši! and Ofertas Legais.
